Prairie Clinic offers a special program for care of people with Diabetes. Diabetes education provides people with diabetes the knowledge, skills and tools they need to manage their diabetes and avoid many of the complications associated with the disease.

Prairie Clinic's Diabetes Care Program has been certified as meeting National Standards for Diabetes Education by the American Diabetes Association. The Diabetes Care Program staff includes Certified Diabetes Educators and a Registered Dietician who work in conjunction with the primary provider to provide diabetes education and management.
