On-Call Doctor and Urgent Care

Prairie Clinic has a physician on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If your doctor is unavailable, the doctor on-call can answer your questions and care for any medical problems. Urgent care appointments are usually available during regular office hours. After Prairie Clinic hours, the doctor on-call can be reached by calling the Sauk Prairie Memorial Hospital at 643-3311.

If you feel a life threatening situation exists, immediately call the ambulance by dialing 911.
