Sarah Haubenschild earned her degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, in Madison, Wisconsin in 2005.

Sarah joined Prairie Clinic in August of 2005 as a Physician Assistant. The sense of community and the people here in Sauk Prairie reminds her of her hometown of Kiel, Wisconsin. "It's like a home away from home!" Sarah was drawn to Prairie Clinic by the compassion and teamwork of the providers and staff who work toward the common goal of patient satisfaction.

Sarah enjoys biking, painting, camping, sports and being an EMT.
