Where is Prairie Clinic located?
Based in Sauk City, Wisconsin, about 25 miles from downtown Madison, Prairie Clinic serves Sauk City, Prairie du Sac, and the surrounding rural community. The clinic takes a hometown long-term approach to relationships and patient care.
Opened in 1956, Prairie Clinic has grown with the community and currently offers a variety of healthcare services.
