cHRIS DISCH, RN, APNP / Geriatric NURSE PRACTITIONER / NURSE PRACTITIONER

Chris Disch, originally from Bloomington, Wisconsin, graduated from the University of Wisconsin with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2005.  Her post-graduate work was done at Alverno College, where she obtained her Masters in Nursing and completed the Family Nurse Practitioner in 2015.

Chris joined Prairie Clinic in March of 2023 due to the tight knit community. “Prairie Clinic has a reputation for excellent, patient centered care. It allows me to return to my small-town roots where you are able to know your patients on a community level too.”

Chris enjoys traveling, hiking/walking, snowshoeing, live music, gardening, cooking, and volleyball.

Volunteer Activities: Badger Honor Flight, Luke House – community meal site

International Medical Missions: Oliveros, Guatemala & Lurin, Peru
